Ready to start your K-beauty journey? With Mix and Matte Beauty, it’s going to be a breeze — promise! Ordering is easy. Just browse our virtual shelves and add items to your cart as you go. You can directly send us a private message through Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram. We only offer Cash On Delivery as of this time. Once we receive the order, we will arrange for delivery and dispatch your order accordingly.

Shopping
Because our products are limited, we operate on a PRE ORDER basis if the item is currently sold out or not readily available. That means you’ll want to checkout the items in your Cart as soon as possible—because, chances are, there are other customers who want those goodies as much as you do. So, if an item in your Cart is no longer available, that means another customer was able to successfully close the transaction before you did. But try to check back tomorrow—any stock from cancelled orders go back to the site immediately and are up for grabs.

Delivery

I can’t wait for my orders to arrive! How do I track them?

Trust us, we cannot wait too! To track the status of your orders, kindly send us a message and we will give you an update. You will also receive a message once your orders are complete and about to leave the store en-route to your home address.

Where do you deliver to, and how much is it?

We deliver anywhere within Doha. To ensure excellent and efficient service, there’s a corresponding delivery fee minimum of 30QR according to your location. It’s a flat rate! So add as many products to your Cart as you like before you proceed to Checkout.

TIP: You can also pick up the items to save cost according to your convenience! We can make time adjustments just for you! :)

When can I expect delivery?

Here’s when you can expect your PRE ORDER:
It will take about 2-3 weeks or 15-20 working days before the items reach Doha, Qatar. We will inform and update you through contact number once your order is completed, in transit and ready for pick up/delivery. Kindly be patient. Some items really take time to arrive but sure it will be worth it :)
Return & Exchange Policy

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

Products valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges are only those received with defect or damage. While we understand that you might have changed your mind, we won't be able to take these items back due to personal hygiene standards. Give them another chance—you might learn to love them as much as they love you!

Sale items are also non-refundable and non-returnable.

Products to be returned are subject for approval and should be in its original purchase condition and must be unused.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you’ve received a damaged item, do send a message on Whatsapp/Viber within 7 days upon receipt of said item. Please attach pictures of the item and a description of the trouble you are experiencing with it. We would be happy to assist you!

What do I do if I received the wrong item or package?

This rarely happens, but in the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item or package, do send a message. We will make it our mission to correct this immediately!

My item is expired/near expiry, what do I do?

Oh dear! We do apologize for that. It is our strict policy to accept only products that have a long and enduring shelf life ahead—but sometimes, these things slip through the cracks. No worries! Shoot us an email mixandmattebeauty@gmail.com and we’ll process a pick up and replacement at the address most convenient for you. Important: please include your mobile number and a clear photo of the expired/near-expiry item in your email. That way, we can get its replacement to you as soon as possible.

When do new arrivals come in?

We restock/launch a new set of items every two or three weeks and it will be posted on our social media sites.

Oh no! My fave product is sold out. What do I do?

Don't worry, beautiful! We'll move heaven and earth to replenish that item a.s.a.p.

Just click the cute little + REQUEST AN ITEM button that you should see on any out-of-stock product, and we'll message you the moment it's been restocked.

I just sent a REQUEST AN ITEM message. Is the product automatically reserved for me?

Being on the waitlist of a product doesn't guarantee stock reservation.

Getting on an item's waitlist just means that you signed up to be notified by us once the sold-out product becomes available again.

So, once you get a message from us, you'll need to be quick to buy that in-demand product right away!

I'm on a product's waitlist and I just got a notification saying that it's back in stock. How come when I go to that product on your site, it's still marked as sold out?
